Before you book.
Is the consultation free?
The doctor consultation is charged and fully deducted from your first treatment if you go ahead within 60 days. A skin therapist consultation is complimentary.
Will I be treated on the same day?
Sometimes, if it is appropriate and you would like to. Many people prefer to take the plan home first, and that is always fine.
How natural will it look?
Our default is conservative. We build results over visits and review each time, so changes stay subtle and in proportion.
Can I bring someone with me?
Yes. A partner, friend or family member is welcome in the consultation.
What if I need to reschedule?
Let us know 24 hours ahead and we will move your appointment at no cost.
